This is MY support group too!  And I couldn't imagine a better one.  I have been to in person support groups, and they are nothing like this forum.  THIS IS BETTER.  The people are more open, the problems that are discused deal directly with the DS, and not just WLS issues in general, and while there is no offical leader, we have a general flow of love, respect, and support to one another, and attack the crap out of anyone that messes with us.   A big "AMEN" to that, Scott! PS  As offical order of business I hereby motion that we make she who cannot be named, but is the biggest azz kicker in the universe, and offical member...lol.  I hereby second the [e]motion! 

Count me in, too!!! I go once a month to a local support group, but everyone there has had the RNY, they have little or no interest in learning about the DS (I think they're too scared that they'll regret their surgeries!)... but I go anyway, for the few seconds of information per meeting that actually pertains to me (skin issues, etc.). But here and at Dr. M's yahoo group... those are the places where I actually get my support and help. Without all of you, my journey would have been much rockier! I'm not around as much anymore, but I still try to come on and help out others when I can... so, FLAKSAPs we will be!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amanda in ID DS 12-7-05 Dr. Marchesini, Brazil 289/139
