My Daddy Passed Away...
My Dear Lola,
What a loving God we have and how wonderful it is that HE decided to give such a very special blessing to both your dad and to your family. To be granted the gift of "goodbye" is very special. Most of the time, when God calls us home, it is instant and without warning. We are not often given a chance to get our houses in order and to say good bye to our loved ones.
Praise His Name for all things. I know you are hurting for your loss. My heart goes out to you. I'll be keeping you and your loved ones in my prayers. Jamie S

{{{{{Lola}}}}} I'm so sorry for your loss hon. While I've had in the back of my head that this post would appear, it's no easier to read. I am glad that you were able to be gathered around him and communicating your love and closeness.
You'll be in my prayers in the coming days and weeks. My PM and email are always open, too.
Dear Lola,
My heart is with you today as you mourn the loss of your Father. I know there are no words that I can say to ease your pain, only time can do that. But I do want you to know that as I read your loving respectful words, I know your Dad must have felt very loved by you. I am sure he was proud to leave a legacy here on this earth that manifested itself in you. God Bless you and your family.
Love,
Paula
Laura:
I was just thinking of you yesterday and wondered how you were doing during this turbulent time. I am so sad about your loss, but also know the blessing of having a brief time of suffering, as my wonderful, young-at-heart grandpa passed three years ago in much the same way. Your words about your dad bring tears to my eyes. Please take comfort in knowing that so many of us have and will still hold you in our hearts and prayers. You must have had a really special dad, because he raised a WONDERFUL daughter!
Prayers and warm hugs,
Julie
