SURGERY APPROVED!!!
I'm been off the message boards while going through the lengthy (and depressing) appeal process. I had to jump through a lot of hoops and tests (bone density, colonoscopy, sleep apnea, abdominal ultrasound, etc.) but I got the letter today---the DS by Dr. Elariny has been APPROVED!!!!! :-) Because of my work situation, I may not be able to do it until late June, but I am VERY happy I fought the insurance company and won! Thank you for all your support; I will be posting on the boards again soon!
