Vit D - 3 articles

EXACTLY. Every time Dr Miller's paper hits a new batch of docs, they send them out for D. Or give them the article or our ph# or something and they call and ask ME how much D to take. ???? If they don't have labs in hand or know something, I asked 'Dr MIller and he said, "5,000 is fine for normies". Yes, we have already defined normies. LOL

He himself orders a 50k and a 5K so he must do a combo for his family.

Okay, that settle it. I'm going to look for a doc who will give me IV D, since it seems I can't absorb it orally even in megadoses.

Did you talk to Dale? The shots and IV have been known to have very negative side effects. Mind you, he can't give medical advice, of course, but can explain what he meant by absorption being blocked

Wow, this was very informative. I'm going to copy it for my personal notes, since there are going to be many times in the future I'll be thinking "now what did that say about.....", so I know I'll have to refer to it many times for it all to sink in. Thank you for posting this.

you live practically next door to me. I have prolly a dozen vit D articles in my computer, but then a whole NOTHER batch in paper. LOL

I like these 3 because they are easy to read (mostly) for us regular ppl
