I'm not going to tell you to weigh yourself less becasue I still weigh myself multiple times a day. I've gotten used to seeing the numbers go up and down. It's just normal for our bodies to do that. In fact sometimes I'll just gain 5 or 6 lbs and then it magically just goes away in a day or two? Maybe it's water retention or just a monthly girly thing, but it's always up & down. TRY not to freak out about it. Maybe it will be better if you write down your weekly weight. Maybe you'll see the trends better that way and that one or two lb gain won't mean so much in the long run!
