Thank you so much Cindy.  I so hate to leave the kids behind.  But I know they will be well cared for.  They will be staying with my sister in Tampa.

I'm glad you are doing well, Red. This plastic surgery really does zap you. I was on my first day today without pain meds and it was not fun. Trying to wean myself off.  I ended up sleeping most of the day to try and get my mind off of it. I'm going to take one now before bed. I asked today about how long I should wait inbetween procedures and the nusrse said at the least 2 months. I think I'll even wait longer. This recovery has been harder for me that my DS.

I'm excited for your DH and really wish for a terrific outcome for him in the resolution of his diabetes. Please keep us posted.

Thanks Renee. It sounds like you are doing well.  I can certainly understand wanting to wait awhile between procedures.  I do not know why this one has me so knocked out.  It was far less painful and debilitating than some of the other procedures but I am flat worn out.  I am just so incredibly tired.  I had my three year labs drawn yesterday -- so we will see if it is the plastics or something else.

I will pass along your good wishes and hopefully we will see you in August.

I'm glad you posted and are recovery nicely albeit slow.  DO get yourself a nice Cuban sandwich while in Tampa, for me.  If you don't know where to get one, I can make some suggestions.
