Thanks Yorkiegal.  You too had us all worried for awhile when you had your trip back home to the UK.  I sure do hope you're back to your old self and enjoying life to the fullest.

Warmest hugs,

HAPPY SURGIVERSARY BEAUTIFUL!
I remember when I was a pre-op and you were celebrating your first one.  I was so impressed with your positive attitude and kind assistance to others.    Those emotions remain very much unchanged.    Keep on moving forward, Maureen.    You are a true inspiration and friend.

Hey Jules,

One of the side benefits of getting the DS has been all the wonderful friendships that have developed over the years and you are certainly one of them.  I'll call you soon to catch up.

Love,

Hi Mama Maureen!

I'm still getting used to seeing you around here, it's so nice to have you back!  Happy Anniversary to you, even though I know just how tough this past year has been for you.  It's so great having our long timers post so that we can all learn from you!!

xoxo,

Lovely Lori,

You are truly one of the most supportive DSer's here.  We've shared several similar complications and hope we will continue to be there for each other.  Stay as sweet as you are.  Talk to you soon.

Love,
Maureen Ganz

Oh, Maureen!  How great it is to "hear" your voice again!  You were one of the dear people that helped me make my decision to get the DS.  One of the greatest decisions of my life I might add, and then you disappeared off the board and I have missed you and your happy and kind spirit!.  I am so glad you are feeling better and pray that your revision will continue to heal well.  We were all so concerned and praying for your recovery.  Please stay close to the boards.  We missed you!  Terri

Oh gosh Terri,

It's wonderful to hear from you too.  I may not be back to the boards in the capacity I used to be but I do plan on becoming active again..  Sure do hope you're doing well.

Hugs,
Maureen Ganz

Happy Surgiversary Maureen - I am so happy you are back on the boards, healthy and posting again.  Much love to you for your kindness and support
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
