4 Year Surgiversary for Maureen
Congratulations on your 4 yr surgiversary!! If this is the Maureen I think it is, I'm so happy to see you back on the boards. I don't come here very often any more...too busy...I've had most of questions answered AND today is my 2 yr surgiversary. I've lost a total of 117pounds. I'm not skinny, but I feel wonderful and that's the most important thing to me. Like you, my labs are good and my arthritis is manageable without the Motrin, Celebrex, etc.
Your Maurice Salad has gotten me through many a meal and helped with my daily protein count. I don't eat more than 80 grms a day and that's my challenge. I just can't eat a lot at one time (unless it's carbs, then there's more room?). You helped me out in the beginning and I'm sure you'll help out other newbies now that you're back. Take care.
