Why would you come to R&R to do a ticker test? Did you read the note from OH about what the R&R board is for? It is at the top of the board, there for all to see. I didn't see your post and I dont know who whipped your butt as you say, but there are some very bright people over there and they prefer that USELESS topics not be posted. Anyway, before you trash a whole board you should know what you are talking about.

I can take a joke, I thought most of those girls were just having fun over my stupidity but now its vicious.

Pick on the new person because she doesn't understand the rules of the R & R forum? This is a weight loss community to SUPPORT PEOPLE, not put them down. Shame on you.

Unsolicited advice, so feel free to ignore if you like. Come lurk on R and R... if you like it, re introduce yourself with a mea culpa on the whole ticker test thing. Also, you are new... you haven't had any WLS yet, so... posting information on surgery comparison that are inaccurate are going to be noticed by veterans.
To discount what a valued veteran of OH says won't be taken well. You'll learn to recognize that there are a quite a few highly intelligent and outspoken OH'ers that take very seriously spreading accurate information on the various WLS. If your chart in your siggy line had inaccurate information in it - it will be called out. If you persist in spreading inaccurate information, well, you'll get flamed.
When I was new to OH, I accidentally found myself in the midst of a surgery war. Had no freakin clue what world I had just entered. Saw some of the most outspoken posters were on R and R. Went to lurk there and fell in love! IMHO, the brightest of the bright are on R and R. Kind, funny, warm, outspoken, passionate folks who don't take kindly to bull**** Your ticker test fell into the bull**** category. I don't mean that harshly at all, just letting you know, hopefully in a kind way, that posting on some OH boards is kinda like crossing a busy street - you gotta look both ways, then proceed with caution.
Regarding your wish for inner peace, again IMHO, R and R folks have that to the nines. That is how/why they have the balls/confidence/gumption to speak their mind. And as far as "normal" goes... well, I guess it's how you define it. I think posting inaccurate WLS data on an WLS message board is abnormal and foolish.
Anywhoodle... this turned out longer than I intended, but thought you'd be interested in my thoughts.
