Tonight was my prom. Pictures included.

 Hello everyone! Tonight was my prom and I went with a group of friends and had a very fun time. I have some photos that I wanted to post. 

Here is me in my prom dress and hairstyle.

It was covered in silver and black beads :D 


We had a couple professional photos done that I will post when I get them back :) My cell phone doesn't take great pictures in dark places so I wasn't able to get any good ones at the dance. 

I am doing well :) Happy living and just busy with school. I am here on the DS board everyday :) I may not post a lot but I am always here. 

Some wows:
-When I bought that dress above (size 32) It fit SNUG but still looked good, plus I had some thing to wear to suck my stomach in more anyway. And I kinda worried about not being able to sit in the dress. But to my surprise the day before prom I tried on the dress again and it fit perfectly, in fact it had gotten a little loose! That was a shock :D 

-I'm down 129 pounds since surgery.

-I danced all night tonight and don't hurt at all!!!!!!!!!!!

I have plenty more wow's but I am to tired to post them all right now, so I will post them later on in the day :) I hope everyone is doing well! Thanks for reading!

You look so beautiful!  You are doing such a great job and you inspire all of us.  Like Elizabeth, I did not go to a prom, and I have always felt I missed out on something.  (Kinda pathetic to be 56 years old and still waiting to go to the dance!)  So I am so glad you went.
The dress rocks!  What a fabulous choice.

Love, how fun to be able to peek into your little world so far away to see the beautiful woman you are blossoming into.  You were WAY smart to go with your friends, wish I had chosen to do the same.  I'm certain the memories would have been much more awesome than the boring guy that took me and would only dance to the slow songs! BoRiNg!!!  Lol!  Know what my favorite part of your night was?  YOU DANCED ALL NIGHT LONG AND IT DIDN'T HURT!!!!  NOW, read that twice and be so proud of how far you've come.
