3 questions about DR Gagner??

(1) Is he for sure going to be practicing in Montreal Canada?
(2) Anyone know his e-mail address?
(3) Any idea how much self pay will be? Is it cheaper for self pay in Canada than the states
 Would be so happy if you guys could give some answers, even if it's just your thoughts!

Yes Dee, he is starting the end of June first of July.  I know he was wanting to do my revision the first week of July so I would assume he will be there pretty soon.  I am not certain of what his self pay price will be or if it will be cheaper.   I would assume it would be much the same as when he was in the States but I could be wrong.

I think initially when he went to FL, he was $19K. After he left, he mentioned that his rates would probably go up 10% when he moved back to NY. I would say low 20s. He seems like a great guy and doctor. I just got tired of waiting.
