Can you explain a bit why you think this is a colon problem? I see so many folks here post about bloating when they eat stuff that they shouldn't, so I'm kinda wondering about that. Has anything changed in your diet recently?

Also, are you taking a good probiotic, like Primal Defense Ultra? That might help if it is something in the colon.

With great power (the DS!) comes great responsibility.

I agree with the other poster.    Colon cleanses are bull****    What are you eating?  Are you taking a good probiotic?

Colon cleanses are great for the people selling colon cleanses to unsuspecting folks.

Find uot what is causing your discomfort and you can fix it without the dangerous stuff.

Colon cleanses are a waste of money, they're not always safe, and I doubt they will help relieve your bloating for more than a day or too.  I think the others are right, get a new probiotic or lay off carbs or whatever needs to be done to remedy your problem for real.

Pre-op, when I felt bloated I'd just eat totally vegan for a couple days and that was enough of a cleanse for anyone!  But now I wouldn't do that method.
