What Jenna Lynn said. Really.
I love reading your posts. Your insight and opinions resonate with me, so I truly find you inspiring. Thank you for hanging out and posting and being so incredibly patient with noobs like me. Big honking conga-rats on four awesome years!

((( Jules ))))

Wish I could hug you in person.  I can't believe my little angelette is 4 years out now.  I was talking to Kathy the other day and we both agreed that one of the absolute best thing about the DS is the wonderful friendships we have made along our journey.  You are one of my most special DS friends and I'm so grateful to have you in my life.  Congratulations!!!!

Love you.

Oh my, yes, Maureen.  And I've been thinking of you all week...Jodi was up this past week and she's SO little now!   I couldn't wait to call you and tell you.   I'm finishing a big project for a class today, but I'll call you sometime this week, okay?

Have you looked into the new once-yearly Vitamin D injection?  It only costs about $40 and depo releases so it's not as short-term as the infusions.  The doctor can adjust the dose given up or down depending on labs.  My bariatric surgeon offers this to his patients now at their office visits.  I opted not to get it because my last level was 97 with po supplements and sun exposure, but may consider it at some point.  I want to know more about potential hypocalcemia and effects on PTH before I commit.

Congratulations on your surgiversary and here's to continued success!

Do you happen to know the name of the injection?  Back in November my doctor and I did some research on injections and couldn't find anything still offered in the U.S.
