I do love reading your post, learn so much.  I have been taken the oral calcitriol for almost 6 weeks now and am going next week for my labs and talking with endo. I am taken so much calcium it is playing havoc on me and want to find different deliveries systems. Going to bring up the transdermal calcium. Congrats on 4 years. Karen

Karen - I am dying to see how your new labs look on the oral calcitriol, as my endo has suggested that for me as well.    Check out seabluevitamins.com for transdermal calcium, or Lee Silsby Pharmacy in Cleveland.   Lee Silsby is a compounding pharmacy, so you'll have to get a doctor's script for that, but Seablue you can order over the counter.    Also, microcrystalline calcium hydroxyapatite (MCHC) doesn't constipate  me nearly as much as citrate does.   I order the NSI Bone Booster formula from Vitacost.com, and it has that, plus K1, K2, boron and other calcium-related goodies.

Julie-I will be posting next week on my labs and recent dexa scan. Also a update on my weight and nutrients issues. As you know it is a roller coaster ride we just can't get off of so got to learn to love the ride. I will be checking on the transdermal calcium very soon. Do love my DS just gotta learn how to tame it. Karen
