Duodenal Switch anatomy
If you look at this, you will see that the large intestine, which connects to the rectum, is not actually manipulated during the surgery. The large intestine itself is about 1.5 meters long. Unless you are using a double-ended horse dong, you should be ok.

Well, obviously, we weren't thinking of a 1.5-meter penis traversing the entire intestine.

From the diagram, it is possible for someone who isn't a doctor to wonder if the common channel could be affected in some way.

Additionally, there are other issues involving increased flatulence and bowel movements, so there is no need for horses, anacondas, or double-ended horse dongs to be involved.

However, the latter sounds intriguing.

You are either a troll or so abysmally stupid that you don't know the difference between the small intestine and your asshole. Either way **** off.

I'll bite... I would imagine that with the increase of flatulence and the frequent bathroom trips, the sphincter muscle might be sore or loose, or even tighter, but nothing a good anal lube and some sphincter muscle exercises would not be able to fix.

The smell i guess could be a problem but to each their own. What or who goes up in there is up to you. Have Fun but in moderation!!!

It's also possible for some people to think the President isn't actually an American citizen.  So yes, if you're an idiot, you can wonder that very thing about the common channel.

Given, this is a 2-D representation, but it looks like the first bend in the colon (when coming in from the anus) is VERY close to the beginning of the common channel.  Not that   I would see where vigorous thrusting by a member of average or a little better endowment could cause some jostling and possibly even irritation in the area if done soon after surgery.

So, you should probably wait a month or three before having your ass pounded like a hackhammer.  No frivolity or offense intended.
