After thoroughly enjoying this thread, especially the flaming, I will actually try to answer the incredibly poorly-worded question I THINK you were asking.

Aside from my DH's proportions being better suited to using the more conventional orifaces, there are a few things to consider (although "popping a stitch" isn't one of them).

* Your poop will smell worse -- i'm guessing if you're into anal sex, that's only a matter of degree of what you are used to dealing with -- or part of the enjoyment of it.

* DSers may be more prone to getting anal fissures because of the volume and acidity of their ****

* I have had two fiissures so far, one years before my DS which required a sphincterotomy to repair, and the second one after the DS.  There is no way I would risk getting another one.

* Even absent those issues, the last thing I would want to risk is losing any structural integrity of my asshole -- I need it to be strong and tight to hold in farts and **** when I am indiscrete in my eating or just having one of those days.  Sphincter control is pretty important.

And by the way, there was pretty much no way to read your question that didn't sound like you don't understand the surgery.
