I get a VSG? LOL!

I wanted to thank all of you for the support you have shown me, and answering my many....many......questions. Truly you all are a great bunch of peeps~

After a long and hard decision, I have decided to go with a VSG. Its just something that I feel is right for me. I was so torn between the two surgeries and then something just clicked for me with the VSG.

I have a surgery date of September 27 (as long as my passport comes in by then) with Dr. Aceves in Mexicali MX. I picked him because of his very mysterious and intriguing mustache

....lol! I can't help it, every time I see a pic of him, the stache makes me giggle...heh heh.

Anyhow, he has done many, many VSG's and had wonderful results. I have been in contact with some of his patients and they all seem to love him. I have called his office and asked about a zillion questions, and I am happy and confident in my decision to have him as my surgeon.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I really do appreciate all the info and kind words y'all gave me. As I will be considered half a DS........lol........ I will still hang out on this board as well as the VSG to bug you, and watch your amazing transformations and cheer you on.

I think you are the best bunch of peeps around, and well all I can say is thanks!

Good luck! We all have to do what's best for our personal situations. I'm glad you have made a firm decision and I think you should move forward, confident, knowing you are making the right decision for YOU! Can't wait to see you rock your VSG!!!!
