I make it extra creamy because that's the way everyone here likes it. They put the extra gravy over mashed potatos or rice and I eat it 'plain'. Any cream soup will work with it.  Some 'cream of' soups are lower carb than others.  It's yummy stuff!

uh.. i love this post... I have three crockpots....My favorite recipe? cheap lamb chunks- adobo- a little olive oil, and lemon juice....oh, and a box of frozen spinach.. My Greek MIL loves when i make this.

My most amazing recipe? upside down peach coffeecake.....

DS style crockpotting works for me because I eat like a DS'er lol.  Bring on the bacon!

Anyways, big ol' chunk of Boston Butt, fat and all
2 cans of whole cranberry sauce
2 packets of onion soup mix

throw the animal in the pot, stir up the cranberry sauce and onion soup mix, add half a can of water, pour over the meat, low for 8 hours or so....yummmmm

Just about any pork roast will work, just not a super lean one.
