Stalled. Dammit.
Oh, don't even give it strength to power. I stayed at 189-190-191 forEVER... like a month, then lost 6 pounds in three days. Then consistently down until I hit 155-156-157.. again... tick tock.. wtf? As soon as I broke through after a few weeks, the loss has been consistent again.

Charlee: You are such an intelligent woman, I can't believe you are focusing on a NUMBER. Throw out the effing scale. Don't focus on weight. Focus on your body, how you feel today, spacing out your protein, how your clothes fit, and how you look in the mirror. Whenever you feel down, pull out your driver's license and compare that to what you see in the mirror.
BTW: Sooner or later, you're going to have to have your photo ID retaken. Mine looked so unlike me that people thought I was an identity thief. I got it re-taken to avoid confusion. And when you are putting your current weight on the form, remember to chuckle in your most evil laugh.
BBBWWWWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Not the driver's license picture, anything but that! *run away run away* Oh Sheanie, it's so frigging bad, I thought about having it redone the minute I got it. Then I realized it wasn't a bad photo, I just totally hated the way I looked. Yucky feeling. Truefax.
Ok **** the scale. I'll take it to my mom and give her the damn thing back. I didn't have one for years so she gave me one for Christmas going on 3 years ago. And was shocked and wounded when I wasn't thrilled. I only dragged it out and jammed a battery in it right before I had surgery. What the hell was I thinking? Battery out, back in the box. Right.
Thanks a whole bunch. Really. I love y'all. *mwah*

Aww, Charlee. Stalls suck. I will tell you that whenever I'd find that my clothes were fitting more loosely, right after that is when the scale would suddenly drop. Who knows why?
I can also tell you that for me personally, 90 grams of protein wasn't enough when I was at your stage. Upping it to about 120 helped.
And take that darn scale and give it to someone you don't like. *hugs* You are doing great, and the weight WILL come off. This is all normal.

120 grams? Sure, I'll set my alarm and eat in the middle of the night. LOL!
I have trouble eating in the mornings. I've never been a breakfast person, but it's really hard since surgery. I usually have a protein shake first thing - coffee, cream, water, 30 gms of protein. Solid food doesn't much agree with me before 9 or 10. I'll find some innocuous bites to sneak in or maybe just do another shake after an hour or so.
Thanks dear, I appreciate you!
