Well Sharon, that's what I do for a living...but you might live a little far for the commute! LOL!

Folks that hate to cook are why I do well in my business. :-)

Try this soup - it's really VERY easy and comes together quickly.

This sounds so good. My guys don't like spicy but I do. I want to make it just for me to nosh on through the week. I think I'll use the hot rotel tomatoes and that should give it a kick. This sounds like a soup that you can't mess up.

I really like spicy, but my little one...not so much. :-)

I used 1 can of regular Rotel and 1 can of mild Rotel - and it still had a kick. (those are what I had on hand)

You might want to use 2 cans of regular OR 1 can of regular and 1 of the "hot" Rotel. This soup doesn't have a lot to cut the heat .... even the cream cheese and cream don't mellow it out a LOT.

Just my 2 cents. :-)

It really IS a soup you can play with - and not mess up!!

It's a really good soup ...but not as thick as chili - at least not MY chili! :-)
