Creamy Taco Soup = YUM!

This is truly a yummy soup! I've been making it every few weeks since it was posted some time back. I've found that the Carlita brand (like ro-tel) has a mild version and there isn't as much heat as the mild ro-tel. I love the heat, but had to make it mild for a kiddo.

Oh my goodness, this soup sounds awesome! Definitely gonna give it a try. Things are cooling off here finally...it's turning into warm food weather! Thank you for sharing!

Hey Jewel, I have been craving something like this, I am going to be grocery shopping on my way home tonight to pick up the ingredients.
I ahve a clsoe friend in England who has the S and she has been very remiss about protein as she hates to cok and is suffering the "blahs" so I sent her this email and she said she would make herslef a pot of this and take it to work!! success!!

Happy to hear you AND your friend are making some of this soup!

I had a case of "the blahs" yesterday, too - and just couldn't force myself to eat.... until I made this for dinner!
