Best Protein Bars Ever!
Yup, you just won't know until you're switched and your system gets used to the new plumbing. When I had the old bypass, I would dump like crazy on any milk; I couldn't eat cereal for 28 years and ice cream pffft, forget it unless I wanted to spend 4 hours sweating, shivering and in pure misery. I would dump and then get a hypoglycemic reaction to keep things going.
All that completely went away with the revision to DS, I can drink milk, eat ice cream or what ever now, nothing bothers me anymore.

How do you know you need them to be like that? You're just barely getting healed up from the surgery.
I know when I had the old RNY I would dump on milk or anything dairy or anything sweet; all that went away with the revision to DS.
It may be that you're not going to be able to tolerate any of that, but this early out, I don't think you can know for sure, it's going to take 6 months or so and a few tries before you know.

I've have known for years about the GF, I was diagnosed Celiac a long time ago. The sugar alchohols were the antichrist even pre-op, and post op a nuclear meltdown. Since surgery dairy and carbs have been a bust, but I have hope that will settle down eventually. Right now it's a total pain in the ass! (pun intended!)

I've seen these in the store before but had never heard anyone talk about them. I'm definitely going to have to check them out now! TFS!
ETA-- I just ordered a box of the PB Pretzel! Can't wait! I know the store up the street carries them, but I'm pretty sure they aren't going to be nearly as fresh as they are ordered online.
