Diana is an attorney. I have worked in law firms as a secretary for the past 7 years. I have found that attorneys write differently than others. I am not saying this is a bad thing. They have been educated in legal writing which is a different type of writing. I found Diana's posts to be written in the writing style I have seen in legal briefs over the years. Legal writing is facts and supporting case law. It is not emotional and it is not padded with fluffy ****

You apparently do not like her writing style and that is your right. However, if you look at her writing from a different perspective, it might not come across as snotty.

No, Diana says she is an attorney. I may be a moron but even I know the difference. We can be anything that we want to be on the internet.

 You have?? I feel sorry for you then and can see why you appear to be traumatized. I'm sure she gets a cut of all the DS surgeries that are performed around the world though. Is my spelling okay?? I do use that spell check thingy every once in a while.

She was very nice and very helpful regarding my insurance issues.

Today she is an Attorney, perhaps tomorrow she will have a PhD in Theatre?!
