3 months out!

Okay, Time for my 3 month update! Had surgery on Jan. 4th, down 64 lbs. So far easy peasy, only thing my new waterworks doesn't like is milk. I have 1-2 BM each day, usually in morning. There you have it, maybe I can continue to post boring updates like this. Oh! and my hair began falling out a few days ago...I already have very short, and thin hair. If too much comes out I will get some wigs!

You're doing great! I'm glad it's so boring. Boring is the way to go! And is that a new avatar? You can really see the loss in your face! Congrats on the 64 pounds!

Congratulations Macy! Boring IS good! Glad to hear of your success. My hair has started growing back in and is super thick; don't sweat the hair loss, it is temporary.

Sounds like you're doing wonderfully! I like boring. I hear ya on the milk! My hair started falling out at about 3 months. I am 6 and 1/2 now and it has stopped. I took super doses of biotin, like 5000. Largest I could find at Wal Mart. Took 1 a day. Cut my hair different. It's starting to grow back already. The bald spots have fuzzy little hairs and I have "normal" hairloss during washing and brushing. Finally it's not EVERYWHERE!! Congrats girl!

Wow, thanks guys! I have accepted the hair loss and look forward to having fun wigs if too much comes out. Also, I am going to have Lori get me some of her special shampoo and conditioner that helped her so much. I appreciate the feedback and YES-boring is best for now!

Lacey, congrats on doing so well! 64 pounds is amazing! I just ordered the hair products Lori recommened (Joico Clinicure) online because I couldn't find them in the stores near me. Anyways, I found it online at ariva.com and they had free shipping. Just FYI in case you have trouble finding it too!

I can't get over that sexy new Avi Lacey! You look fantastic! I hope to make it back to Indy someday soon to see all of you at another DS meeting and have fun afterwards. By the way your Avi looks, I won't recognize you!
