I have a question about the labtracker workbook and chart you're using. Is something you've purchased or downloaded somewhere? Any idea where I can get it?

If you click on Andrea U's website above, the lab tracker book is on the right. You can make your own but I like hers bc it has all the things to look for on the same page as the ranges and the chart. .

Emily do u know what anything about ungson doing full rny to ds revisions? I dont really here alot of his revision patients. I am going to self pay and he seems my best bet. But i am affraid i dont know enough about him as far as revision from rny to ds goes. What do u think?
