Well,

At this point, I'm not a very low-carb adherent DS'er.  Especially when it comes to Holiday Food and chocolate Santas and Bunnies!  Yet, for the second year in a row, I lost weight over the Thanksgiving-NY holiday, AND the Easter Holiday.  This morning I was at my all-time low weight, 3 lbs from goal.

This is like a dream come true!!!  Please don;t wake me lol.

My regain didn't even start until 3 or 4 years out.  Start learning to live with reduced carb intake now...build healthy habits before the weight starts creeping.

The DS is  TOOL,  it is not a dream or a magic trick.  You have to learn to eat in a DS-sensible way in order to stay healthy and keep the weight off long term.

*Sigh*   I remember those days.....now I have to watch it or I WILL gain.    I gained five pounds over Christmas.    Cutting back on carbs through the month of January got rid of it though - unlike the old days, where it would turn into twenty by Easter!
