Gina always told me to increase the protein when I hit a mini-stall and it always worked for me too.

Congrats for all of your successes, you have earned them and you wear them well.  I love seeing your before and after, and as others have mentioned, you look a good 10 years younger now.  I am so glad that your early complications resolved and you are reaping the benefits of this amazing surgery.

I know what you mean about the heat.  It is June and yesterday was the first day I haven't used my portable heater under my desk at home (of course it was 89 degrees outside), and still wear long sleeves or jackets most days.  Pre-surgery I barely wore a sweater or coat in winter, unless there was some blizzard going on.  It's weird to lose that insulation.
