There is a support group here on the sleeve. I am not sure how active it is but it is here at OH. I wish I could help but I really only know about the Duodenal Switch. Depending on your weight- you might want to consider it instead of the sleeve alone. I hope the Vertical Sleeve forum will be able to answer your questions.

VSG on 08/28/06

I had VSG on 8/28 in Naples. The forum on VSG is very, very active and one of the members even came to the hospital to visit me. Just go to the forums dropdown and you will see vertical sleeve. There are a few folks on that forum that moved from the band to the sleeve.
