Session customized for your fitness level and restrictions! Wear loose fitting clothes (tee & pants), bring a towel if you tend to sweat a lot during work outs, and of course your water! If you like it, they offer a free two - week trial and often have specials going on for 3 month, 6 month, and yearly membership.
