Way OT/Question on Custody Laws in Florida....

Sorry, I have no idea where else to turn. My sister, who lives in Florida, just lost full custody of her 15 yo son. At what  age can he legally return to him mom? Is it 18. Seems like I remember that in some states they can return at 16 in some cir****tances. Thanks for any help! Teresa Posted on Main Board Also.
