Insurer Recommendations??

Hi; Can anyone recommend and insurance company that accepts small groups (under 10) and approves WLS? I have United, have been denied twice and have gone through the appeal process. (no word yet, but I'm not looking for it to be favorable). Our insurance year is up on June 1st and we're ready to make a change. I'm really frustrated. Thanks for any help you can offer.
