Hi, I'm going to the Cleveland Clinic for a revision with Dr. Rosenthal. I Northern too, relocated to Miami in July 2004. I've just had a heart procedure done so I have to wait until July for another surgery so I'm getting everything else in order for the insurance company for now. Best wishes... Sarah
