Hi Lea! Welcome to the site.  The best way to describe one of these events is it is like one very large support group.  You get to be inspired by others, get some great tips on eating right, exercise, free samples to try.  The best part is meeting other people who understand the struggle you are going through or have been through.   As far as dress code:  Anything casual is fine.  Many people just wear shorts, jeans, or what ever they feel comfortable in.  I hope you can make it.  I remember well the first time I went to a support group or an event.  I didn't expect to feel so apart of a group and I did for the first time.

Amy, Got all my plans made. Coming in on Friday staying at the Wingate. Then I realized I had not heard back from anyone about my registration!!!  Sent an e-mail to Sherri and Bo but did not get anything back............Can I come???? How are the OH leaders suppose to register?? Maybe I did or didn't do something right Gosh I'd hate to have to sit by the pool or go shopping while ya are sitting in the meeting room Please let me know if I need to do anything so I can come play with ya'll See ya this weekend!!!!!..............Betsy
