I pushed the limit!!!
I wonder what the punishment is if you have to see a doctor for doing that? LOL (Can they ground you, suspend you, or make you write a report on it? ha ha) That would be bad! Not let you do something you now have so much energy for, not let you go down the snack isles at the grocery store, write about what came up afterwards...YUK!! lol
Well, all is good now. I guess it was then too, until later... ha ha
You are too funny!
Sharee
LOL, isn't he a trip?? I had to crack up when you told me he said something to you...and when he came over to the table tonight kidding about it..he is just to cute. I told you he reads these post ...I want to see the pics I took of you guys with him tonight..you know I am going to talk to him about a link on the website for posting pics of his patients and the get togethers he has..wouldn't that be fun?
I will mention it unless he reads this first..LOL
You are funny! I sent a friend of mine the link to the website to check out Dr. Sonnanstine. She is considering on having Lap Band too. She came back to me and said "he is so handsome and he is gonna see you..um...exposed." Lol I had to explain that the pic on the website doesn't even do him justice. You have to meet the person, which makes his appearance secondary to his charm. I'm pretty sure that she made an appointment already.
Mimi. I consider Dr. Sonnanstine a very good friend, yet I went to him for my gallbladder surgery..I have spent time in the OR with him. I know how he is and what care he takes with his patients, I told him..no I hinted to him that I was a bit uncomfortable and he said "don't worry Brenda, it's taken care of"...I knew what he meant..he is very into privacy every patient is treated with dignity. I never worried about it and don't even thiink about it now, besides I am having plastic surgery and I won't look the same soon anyway..LOL
Hey Jane,
Yeah, I'm going in on September 19th for my surgery. I'm supposed to be at the hospital at 8:30am; I believe.
I'm really nervous, but excited too. I had gallbladder surgery about 3 years ago and I remember waking up from the anesthesia, in the recovery room, with my wrists tied to the bed and this thing down my throat, while having this feeling that I'm going to puke!
It wasn't a totally good place where the surgery took place and it's taken me this long to try and get over it. I think I've finally made peace with it, but I still get the shakes when I think about it all. I am going to tell my surgeon and see if he can reassure me.
Ok, I've bogarted your thread--sorry!
I hope you're having a good day! By the way, my hubby and I are doing this surgery together (his surgery is November 6th) and we love to camp, but really haven't been abe to, because not having energy or just plainly physically not being able to handle it.
I look forward to being able to camp and fish again--
Take care--
Dee
