2 C. splenda sugar substitute
½ c. low-fat margine or butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
½ c milk, skim or 1%
1 tsp of vanilla
½ c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal

Mix and boil first four ingredients for one minute
Remove from heat, add vanilla and peanut butter and stir well
Stir in oatmeal until mixed well
Drop buy teaspoon full onto cookie sheet covered with wax paper
Place in refrigerator until chilled

Jessica, it's great to have those recipies hidden away somewhere for special occasions..like birthday parties or get together, even during the holidays when there are lots of goodies around. However, I would be very careful of baking them often. Right now your weight is going to fall off, but there will be a time when it slows down and then will eventually stop altogether. You want to take this time of losing very seriously and stick as close to the program your surgeons gave you. Otherwise your weight loss will stop sooner than you want...to reach goal try to stay as compliant as you can..if not, you will find it very difficult to keep the weight off later. Check out recpies for low carb cooking..I have found some good ones on the foodtvnetwork website..I also purchase cookbooks sponsored by Weight Loss Centers whenever I can...
