any suggestions ar quitting smoking
Mom, you are a crafty girl! Find a new craft that keeps your hands busy.... try making candles... (i didnt smoke when I made those)... Also you can start making christmas gifts... saves on money. chew/suck on sugar free candies that also helps. Or... maybe try to exercise a bit... it keeps your mind off of it. I know im not much of a help with this.... but i do support you and I know you will be able to kick it!
Love ya
Sarah
You can do it!!!!!You now how 45-46 hours under your belt. Just get through tonight and tomorrow is another day. Just take it an hour at a time. Get busy. Clean, sew, read. Just do something you don't usually do. Ha ha ha break your old routines. Go for a walk. The road you live on would be great to take a walk. Call a friend. Look at before and after pictures, this can take hours. You want this bad enough just do it. I have a new bottle of haiku for you. Just think what it will smell like with out the smell of smoke on your clothes. You can do this, I know you can .
Love your much smaller now
and much younger sister
My suggestion is to just start drinking more. I find that if you are drinking, you won't want to smoke. No..that's not right...hmmm what is it? Sex? No....that will only make you want to smoke more. I know....just think about how HOT you are going to look and how much BETTER you will feel when you are skinny, smell good and don't feel like hacking up a lung. You can DO IT. This is the best reason to quit. Sarah J. you should also quit AGAIN. Its not that hard. I do not know many people more bull headed than the 2 of you. So, put that energy toward something else. Repeat after me....
Nothing feels as good as thin feels
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels
Nothing is as rewarding as thin feels
Nothing stinks as much as tobacco smells
Say this 10 times every time you want to smoke. If that doesn't work...have a beer!
