Incision pics (abdominoplasty)

I posted my incision pics on the bottom of my profile. I did try to cover up my privates but the incisions is close to that area lol. Hugs Ange

Sorry, my little brother came over and played with it till he got them resized. Course I still don't know how cause I'm real sore and my tummy feels real tight tonight. I didn't know he knew how or that he'd even be over, lol. Ange

Hi Angella I think the pictures look wonderful. Your tummy looks so flat. Am I correct to assume the tan line is what used to be up under you breast area is now a lot lower. Hang in there, What is the pain level? Jane

Thanks Jane, u r correct, lol. The pain isn't bad at times. I am mostly just sore. The drains feel pretty tight sometimes. I am learning that I HAVE to rest and take it easy. Sitting around isn't something I do well. My hubby is learning that taking care of the house, the cooking, the kids, the animals is not as easy as he thought lol. Pain isn't bad, mostly a soreness! The medicine helps. I try not to take it but at night so I am able to sleep all night in my bed instead of the recycliner.

Angela, Your incision looks great. It's straight, and clean cut. Dr. Durham-Smith is great, isn't he!! I just loved him. I didn't have to have the incision down the middle. But, they did tighten my muscles. Guess I had lots to pull down from above so they kind of went under it then pulled it down and clipped it off. But, I do know what you're feeling. You look pretty straight already -- in your standing poses. I couldn't stand up straight for a week!! I guess my stomach muscles were tightened super tight! Everything looks good and now you are on your way!!! I'm so happy for you! I was thinking earlier today, when I looked at your profile page. You have a very pretty face now you're gonna have the body. You seem to be very knowledgeable and smart. You have a handsome, caring husband and two beautiful children. And from the pictures, you look as if you have a nice and comfortable home. So, if you come back and say you are rich, or have won the lottery. I'm gonna be pi**ed! lol Cause then you'd have it all and that just isn't fair to the rest of us!!! LOL I'm jealous, can you tell....ha ha (Really, I'm not -- I'm just happy you have your life back!) lol, u crack me up! Don't worry I don't even play the lottery and if I did win my hubby would go out and by himself a harley and all I'd do is update my old 98 neon for a new mini van. I do like my house. We got lucky with it last year. We filed chapter 13 4 yrs ago to consolidate some bills and we didn't think we'd ever be able to finance a new home but this company out of Louisville saw that we'd been able to pay all of our chapter 13 payments on time and they helped us find this place. God has truly blessed me. I don't have manison but I have a home I love, I have a healthy happy family and to me thats all that matters. I've always thought I could live anywhere as long as my family were happy and healthy. Thats all that matters is if we're happy with who we are and I finally am. Course, I'm human, if someone handed me a million I'd have to buy some new boobs, mine are just plain depressing! Hugs Ange
