I have an idea, if anyone else is interested. Jessica Castle is having trouble with finding the funds for clothing and shipping, etc. As we all have this problem from time to time, and some of us from day to day, I thought it would be a great idea if I came up with something to help. I have this idea ==== well, here it goes......say I have some clothes and someone is interested in them. I live near someone else going in her direction, (and I might travel that far everyday to work or somewhere, so it isn't extra mileage) I take the clothes to work with me and someone else that travels TOWARD my direction and then back towards the other person could pick them up from me. They could travel back home and someone there could pick them up and take them forward to where they live and so on..... like a traveling clothes exchange. What do you think? It wouldn't cost anyone any extra money, unless of course they had to pay for the clothing. It's even better if the clothes were being given away. Then it costs no one anything. Just an idea!!! I am here to help in any way I can. So, I just thought it might work. (Wonder how long it would take the clothes to get there?) Of course you would have to trust each person to pass the clothing on to the next so it reaches it's final destination. We could start out small until we see how it works and to build trust. Let me know what you think and if all agrees, what should I call it? ha ha (I can arrange everything as far as mapping out people on the route, etc. Then, each person can contact the person forward to set up a day for them to pick-up.)

Wouldn't it bee cheaper and easier to just pay the shipping charges yourself if you have clothes? i don't have anything at all to send but that is what I would do. i sent over two hundred outfits in three boxes to virginia about three years ago and the postage on it all was only twenty some dollars. I sent thousands of dollars of brand name clothes to an OH member in need. You get your box and pack it, weigh yourself with the box, then without and that teells you howw much the box weighs. You then get jessicas zip code and call thee post office for postage. That's what i did. I would love to see peoplee step up and heelp jessica instead of taking them to support groups and etc wheree somee peoplee will takee them and not even need them. i did that once too. Took my last trunk load of clothes to our support grooup meeting and just laid them on the table. You ought to have seeen peoplee taking them and I know some did not even need them.

Sharee, if I had any of my clothes from before I would sure ship them to her in a heartbeat. All I have that might be big on me after my tt swelling goes down are some size 12's. She might could use them later down the road. I just don't have any thing else left. Gave them to my hubbys sister and her daughter. I think what u r doing is a sweet idea and if I still had my other clothes I'd send them on. Hugs Ange

I'm like you Angela, but I don't have the clothes she needs. I was just willing to find a way to get them to her. If I did, I would just ship them on to her myself too. I'm just like that. Hope you're getting around lots better today. Hugs Sharee
