Denied in less than 24 hours!

Hey everyone! Dr. Shina's office submitted my paperwork on Thursday afternoon. I was denied by 10am on Friday. Can anyone help me out there who has had to go through the appeals process? I am not going to give up, but it was very discouraging! Thanks! Tiffany

Why did they deny u? I got denied first time around, its was a stalling tactic? Do they have exclusions? If not, then we can work with this. Let me know why they denied u and I will try to help. Mine was they wanted me to do a full 12 month supervised diet with my family doc, I had done 6 but they wanted more. It was a stalling tactic and I appealed, got approved then. It will work out... Nothing is impossible. Exclusions are just dang hard to work around, near impossible, but I know of a fabulous obesity help attorney! Ange
