Help please.

I just found out that I have to find a new doctor because my insurance is no longer accepted at Norton Suburban (my doctor was Dr. Shina). I had an RNY in Jan 2005. I now need to have a scope done to find out whether I have a hernia, strecktur or ulcer. Since I have to change doctors, I would like to find one in Lexington (I live in Russell Springs, KY). Can anyone recommend a doctor?? Thanks, Karen

Hey Karen, I'm sorry to hear about your insurance problems and not being able to see Dr. Shina; I hear he's a good Dr. If you're looking for one in Lexington, I would encourage you to try St. Joes East bariatric center. Hi Karen! Have you tried to call Gerogetown yet? Bluegrass Bariatric Surgical Associates, Dr. Weiss and Dr. Oldham? This is where I had my surgery at.
