I just wanted to let you know that your latest avatar picture is awesome looking!! You are looking so fabulous; the changes are amazing! I'm sooooooo looking forward to being able to see the changes physically, although I'm already feeling them as far as my health is concerned. I haven't felt this good since I was in my 20's and even then better than that. Take care-- Dee

Hey girl ty!! So far I am down 93lbs in 5 1/2 mos. 30 to go till goal!!!!!! I still dont see the change unless I look at pics so... my suggestion to u is.. take some pics it helps with realizing the loss. Also if you like the little animation, email me 2 pics (before and after kind of deal) and I will be happy to make one for you. Also if you look at Janes, I did her animation and profile... and I might add im pretty proud of it lol How are you doing otherwise??? and how is Michael doing?
