Florence jobs info/Help?

My husband has lived and worked in Florence since about June and I'm looking to come there soon. I was hoping for some help in looking for a job. I am currently a school secretary and have been for a few years. I'm looking for something in the secretarial field. I've worked in bookkeeping for almost 25 years at medical facilities, schools, and pharmacies. I've registered on a couple of job sites but if you could give me some ideas as to where to start, I'd appreciate your help. Thanks for any info that you can give me. My husband is also looking for local doctor and chiropractor. Any suggestions would be great.

And depending upon where you and your husband will be living, I just read that Patients first is now accepting patients at their new office in Burlington.
