I kinda took off my shoes and hoodie lol. I was tempted to shut the door and strip but there was people waiting lol.

I was wondering before the meeting, Sarah was taking forever to weigh. I was like do you need a hand in there. Step on scale and hold still. I think she was trying Jane's ninja scale tips. She was trying to sneak up on the scale.

I thought about stripping down...but was pleased with the results when fully clothed...I did take off my shoes though...and I didn't use Jane's tactics... Mom

Amy I would like to know how u stopped smoking. Did u get help with meds or did u do it cold turkey? I've been a smoker 4 over 15 yrs and I need to stop....Please help

Hi Tony When I first started trying to quit I used The patch and the perscription Wellbutrin...When that wasn't working very well I went to my PCP, and she prescribed and new drug treatment...CHANTIX...It worked great...I haven't smoked for 3 months now...and I had smoked for more than 30 years...I am around smokers everyday, and sometimes it is very difficult...It is still a daily struggle...but not near as bad as it was...I still get accused of smoking from time to time...But I know I am not...and that is all that matters...I had to stop before I could have surgery...and I wanted this surgery more than I wanted a cigarette...Feel free to E-Mail me anytime... I'm with you on the struggle! Do u know if chantix is covered under ins? So did u have any withdrawels and how did they affect u and how did u deal with them? I know I;m full of questions but I need help!! All by the way I believe u when u say u haven't smoked. I will kick the habit cuz I want this surgery more than I've ever wanted anything in my life. Thanks 4 responding,as it means alot to me. I love this website..It has so many wonderful people and I hope to get to know each and everyone of you as I start my journey to being a loser!!!!

Tony, It is quite expensive if it is not covered by ins...Mine covered it...I have anthem BCBS...I only paid $26. for a one month supply...without ins...its over $100...I had no side effects at all...I just didn't have the cravings....Before I started taking it, I felt like I was going insane...It was a life saver for me...There is a website...Chantix.com...That will help you with a lot of questions....about the drug and how it works...also a support page to help...You can do it...I know you can... keep telling yourself...I WANT THIS SURGERY MORE THAN I WANT THAT CIGARETTE...I understand what you are going through. um... just for reference i had freakin boots on and i had to empty my pockets... i was not stripping or anything horrible like that lol I was getting all the junk outta my pockets! so neener neener

Did I say it was horrible? not from my lips. but from the sounds coming from the room, I think mom and I were starting to wonder.
