doctor quick
No...Not a double loser...You will be just like me...A QUITTER,.....AND .....A LOSER...and oh what a great feeling...
Tony ...you can do this...if you smoke a few the first week...its not the end of the world...Its not easy...But I know how you feel...I felt like my skin was crawling....I was a nervous wrec****il right at about a week of the medication...then it just didnt matter anymore...I would still have an occaisional craving, but they would pass quickly and painlessly...Just keep thinking about how good you will look and smell after your surgery, and when you are no longer a smoker...And believe me...I never knew how bad I smelled until I quit...
Hang in there...You can do it...
and I am here to try to help you through it...

Hey Tony I am Amy's sister and if she can do you, you can do it. It is one of the hardest things to do. But once you do it you feel so good. The smell is overwhelming and will just about make you sick. But if you are doing the surgery you will be a success at this. What better way to get you pumped up for the surgery. You will already have acomplished one huge hurdle and the surgery will be that much easier.
I quit cold turkey 9 years ago and haven't touched on since. Still have cravings even today but now Iam too cheap. Sit down and figure up what you could put in the bank after a year of not smoking. I bet you could do a really pay for a nice vacation on what you will save and what a better way to show off your new body in one year.
Hang in there you can do it!!!!

Going nuts just brings us all closer. Find something to keep your hands busy and you mind on something else. I changed my routine. That helped a lot. Another thing I did that was gross, was I filled up my dirty, butt filled ashtrays with water and let that sit around for a couple days. That is repulsive but It worked.

Hey silly guy. I am here the board is dead. I tried last night but no one but Ange was talking. You all are probably on that darn Yahoo stuff. Oh well have a great night working. I am wrapping presents. Really stessed. Our dad is bad. He is in congested heart failure, kidney failure. We are working on getting oxygen for him at home. Just a lot of stress, but we will manage. Need to call the doctor and get my
prozac boosted up, I think. You knows maybe I need to switch the the Lexipro. That seems like the drug of choice. I've been on Prozac for 5 years. Maybe I need a switch. We might be shopping in your neck of the woods this weekend at Johnnys. If I was nice and baked I bring you a piece of pie. Don't hold your breath. With everything that is going on I have really dropped some wt. I am down to 152. I have lost 8 lbs in the past 10days. I am eating but I am so active, I guess. Oh well this too will stop. You have a great night at work. If I can't sleep I'll talk to you later.
