CENTURY CLUB!!!
I just followed my surgeons orders to the letter. I eat three meals a day of about 2-3 ounces, drink plenty of water, and get my protein in. I started walking the day after I got home from the hospital and now walk 2.5 miles a day. I still have 148 pounds to go to get to my surgeons goal weight but I am thrilled with the results so far.
Congrats thats one hell of a loss!!!! Hitting the century club is one of the best feelings isnt it??
As far as the century card goes, I dont think they are giving them out right now because they are trying to get a new system going where we can make our own... however I wanted one so bad lol I talked to proteinprincess (she's usually on the main board or the AL board... and she made mine.
