Dear Mom and Auntie JAne, Sorry for the heart attack! HAHA! Actually would you believe it never hurt at all. The doc froze the area first, then gave me the shot. Never felt a thing the whole night. For a fact I didn't even realize my arm wasn't hurting until I got to work a tonight and started to use it. As for how I injured it I have no clue. I am thinking it is from trying to hook the ball in bowling or picking the tractor up so dad could change a tire on it. Not sure, all I know is the pain was gradually getting worse. finally Dr. Adkins sent me in to get an MRI and found a partial tear. Dr. Hoblitzel has tried meds and therapy with slight help but it still bothers me. SO he shot me with Cortizone yesterday. I feel better now and go back in a month to see what he will do then.

So sorry. You bowl???? I use to bowl on a league had a 160 average. Loved it but that was before marriage. Use to bowl with a group of women from the doctors office. We had a blast. Would love to do it again but it cost alot of a league. Rick bowls but bowls like Fred Flinstone. We usually go once a year only for me to kick his but. Now that I have lost the weight I am sure I don't have the butt to through the ball as hard as I use to. I have a 16lb ball and I probably can't use it. Oh well I 'll have to try that soon. Jane

Well Jane I bowl when I get a chance. I'm really still learning how to bowl. So some shots are nice but then my bad technique or my gut gets in the way and out comes the bad shots. But it is improving, as long as my arm would let me.
