Got A Date!!

Lap Band on 01/18/07
Finally got a surgerydate! I start my weight loss journey on Jan 11.2007!! I am both excited and anxious. Having Lap Band. Any advice from you all about anything I should be doing to prepare would be appreciated. Love this site!
