just recieved bad new

i was just told friday i have herpes 1 and 2 im still in schock not sure what to do

Jessica it is treatable but you need to get on line and read everything you can. Have you had the symptoms for a long time or is this your first breakout? Good luck. Its not the end of the world you just need to be aware of what you can and can not do. The medication is expensive hopefully your insurance will cover it. Jessica, don't panic, it is estimated that by the year 2010 that over 50 percent of American women will have it. It is very treatable, and does not have to alter your life significantly. It will just help you be more aware of your sexual health, which can be a good thing. One thing that preparing for this surgery does is puts you in a position where you become aware of your health status and allows you to improve your health on all fronts, as well as mind, body, and spirit. I had them run the std test as well as pregnancy that came back - and they told me all my other test were fine except for herpes 1 and 2 i just been so tired for the last month but they will be doing more with the pap smear on the 3rd i have not had any out breaks except rash adn the blister sores they describe but those were on my lower leg im coping and looking up information just had to talk to someone
