Good news!

My surgeons office called today and is moving my appt up a week. So I will go Jan 11 for my surgery date finally! I am sooo excited, just wanted to share with everyone. Keep your fingers crossed. How bad is this optifast pre-op weight loss supplement? I will have to be on it for 2 weeks before my surgery. Thanks in advance. Sandi Henderson, KY

Hi Sandi, Good luck on your date, hopefully it will be real soon. I wasn't on the opifast, but I heard it wasn't bad. Keep us posted on your date! I am finally on my way! I had my surgery 12-28-06, and I am doing good, so happy it went so smooth, my surgery was 45 minutes ! I had lap r-n-y. We will be praying that you have a speedy recovery! Leatha

Congrads on making the big decision!! I have never heard of the Optifast.. we were place on clear liquids day before surgery and a high protein diet up till then. Anyway...Good Luck and keep us posted!!!
