i got 1 mo to put on what!!!!

OK my nut told me today that i have 1 mo to get back up to 125lbs,i am like how can i do that lol...........well i am 109lbs as of today.......i eat all day long,i am having 2000 cal day..........this is what i eat..daily 7am-protein muscle gainer shake-300cal,10fat grms,60carbs,30grams protein 8am-yogurt and nuts- 200 cals 9:30 coffee 10:30-2 cheese sticks,180 cals 12:00-1 cup chili and cheese and crackers-220 cals 1:30-protein shake-300cal 2:30-handful of cashews and 3 hershey kisses 4:00-4 peanut butter crackers 6:00-turkey hamburger,6fries around 300 cals 8:00-breyers ice cream bar 100cals, another protein coffee before bed,100 cals and 24grms protein OK and at the times im not eating im drinking water so i was told this morning by amanda to..........BREAK ALL THE RULES!!! EAT AND DRINK TOGETHER..........HAVE HIGH CAL FOODS............what ever i want and she wants me getting in 3000cal a day.............she told me that im at a dangerous weight and if i keep going down i will be getting my body in trouble. So she wants 10lbs on me quick.I dont no what to do i eat but the more i eat the more i lose..........so if you are and oldtimer and have any direction for me please give me your ideas how to maintain....im 17 mos out.......thanks so much. hmmm..I would say cut back on the protein. Get in your minimum or a bit more, of course but it looks as if your getting quite a bit of protein. And up your carbs. The more protein we eat the harder it is for us to gain, I think is what I remember Amanda telling me at one point. If you need anything let me know!

Well i have been cutting back on protein a little but i feel bad on the days that i do that. She told me to average my carbs to 160 a day and to eat high calorie food. She said to even cook with butter lol...........ive been scared of butter because i use to eat it by the spoonfuls lol. And being from ky. Also she told me to drink lots of juice,but i do get sick feelin after juice,like apple orange, it makes me shaky then i get hot. But Amanda told me that they have seen like 2 people in there whole practice that is like me. She told me i need to worry about putting on some weight that its not gonna get me better if i keep losing and the thought of another surgery is killing me, So i told myself i will just keep taken these darvocets to i get feeling better. Juice and the such makes me feel yucky too! And I know what ya mean about feeling bad if you don't get in alot of protein. I am sure things will work out! LOL@cook with butter. I have a TON of recipes that can help ya put a bit back on, I will be happy to share with you!
